Benchmarking

In 3DMark2001SE, the ASUS P4P800S-E scored 15402 compared to 15846 on the DFI 865PE mainboard. The difference is 2.8%. The difference could be wider if not for the 2MHz compensation of the ASUS BIOS.

3Dmark2003 registers a difference of 40 points. 0.7% difference is noted during the test. It seems that the single channel 848P chipset is quite well optimised and closes up to the Dual Channel DDR400 865PE chipset.
