The board comes with a overclocking friendly
BIOS (v1003). With its AI Overclock tuner, you can manually set how much you
want to overclock and the system will adjust the FSB accordingly. Of course,
you can adjust that and fine tune it manually. |
This is where you can select whether you want
to run in Sync or Async mode. e.g. If you wish to overclock with higher FSB
but you don't have DDR400 RAM. You can run it say at 400:320 mode or 5:4
mode. |
|
|
AGP/PCI can be fixed at the 3 selections as
above. |
CPU Vcore
is adjustable up to 1.950v. |
|
|
DDR Voltage can be selected up to 2.85v |
AGP voltage is adjustable up to 1.80v |
|
|
Performance mode can be set to the various
settings AUto, Standard or Turbo. When we set to Turbo, the system is
unstable. This could be due to the ram timings we used are already very
tight at CAS 2, 5-2-2 at 200MHz FSB. |
In our
tests, we ran the Corsair XMS3500C2 512M at CAS 2, 5-2-2. and overclocked it
to (~3.2GHz) 270Mhz at 5:4 ratio at CAS 2, 6-2-2. |
