RAS# Precharge, 2,3,4. We set it to 2	RAS# to CAS#, 2,3,4, we set it to 3. 2 will be too aggressive and unstable.

Precharge Delay (tRAS) - 5,6,7,8. We set it to 5.	DRAM Burst Length, 4 and 8. We set it to 8 for better performance.
