The board comes with 2 PCI, 1 PCI-E x 16, 1 PCI-E x 1 which allows for future expansion cards. The power on board is based on a 3 phase design. On the PCB, we see the supporting chips e.g. Realtek ALC655 codec, Ti 1394 chip.

At the bottom of the board, we see 2 DIMM slots supporting up to 2GB of DC-DDR400. There are 2 IDE ports supporting up to 4 IDE devices. 4 SATA ports are also supported by the chipset. Both the IDE and SATA can be mixed to form an RAID array. The single chipset is attached with an active heatsink which definitely helps to cool down the chipset.

The back panel consists of PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse. COM1, Parallel port, 4 USB ports, 1 x 1394, 1 x Ethernet port and audio ports.
