XDA IIi O2 XDA IIi is the improved version of the XDA II retaining its classic look and form factor - dimension of 68 x 130 x 19 and weighs 200g (including battery). In fact, on first sight, you wouldn't notice major differences. What makes it different is it faster processing speed of 520MHz powered by Intel XScale PXA272 520Mhz processor. On top of that, this phone is packed with features. It now comes with a built in CMOS 1.3 mpixel camera for taking photos and videos. Most importantly, you can now go online at Hot Spots using the built in WIFI or GPRS. You can also use the Bluetooth to transfer files easily to the device. The unit comes standard with 128MB RAM and 128MB ROM. There is also a SD slot for more memory. The phone also comes preloaded with a Zip manager to compress files to save up space or transmission. Powered by Windows Mobile PocketPC Phone Edition, the PDA can be used as a phone. The phone works with GSM 900/1800 or 1900 modes. The auto configuration function allows one to set the operator and you are ready to surf the web using GPRS. Integrated within the software package includes a GPRS monitor which helps you to check how much data traffic have you incurred. The MSN messenger also allows one to communicate easily with friends. The O2 connect is an application that pushes useful information such as helpdesk numbers, promotions, announcements and PDA-phone tips and tricks to your XDA IIi.
