Conclusion
Powercolor X800 GTO 16 can be said to be a "repackaged" X800XL. Offering a similar feature set and clock speed, it is definitely a better card compared to the X800 GTO. Although it is based on the R430 core, it is still able to give a nice o/c of ~6-7% of its default. The card offers native x16 lane support for PCI Express Systems. It is a perfect complement to Windows XP Media Centre with Dual DVI and S-Video output and full featured multimedia support for analog and digital displays, including HDTV. The package also comes with a free game "Pacific Fighters" and DVD playback software. Priced in the same range as the X800 GTO, users are definitely spoilt for choices available. In conclusion, I think this is a no frills card that promises what it should and do it well.
