ULi M1575
ULi M1575 is a highly integrated PCI
ExpressTM South Bridge that features advanced core technologies designed for
desktop and mobile computing applications. This PCIe based
South Bridge can be paired with ATi RS482 North bridge (with integrated video)
to deliver high performance HTPC systems.
With NVIDIA's invasion
into the integrated market, ATi boards can be paired up with the advance M1575
South Bridge to deliver amazing performance at a low cost. The ULI M1575 South
Bridge is one of them which offers competiting feature set to the MCP series
or even the single NF4 sinle chipset.

comparing the system performance of a RS482+M1575 ref board with existing
solutions out in the market. We will also take a look at integrated graphics
performance of RS482, M1575's USB and SATA II performance in Normal, RAID 0
and RAID 1 mode. Below is a detail specs of the M1575 south bridge.
Utilizing the evolutionary PCI ExpressTM bus architecture, M1575 offers system
manufacturers with unprecedented design-flexibility. It can be connected to
other PCI ExpressTM North Bridge or Switch via the built-in PCI ExpressTM x4
link. With the M1575 configured as an endpoint, a PCI Express™ add-in card
with M1575 on-board can easily empower any system with all the latest advanced
I/O features such as SATA-3Gbps, HD Audio, 8-port USB 2.0 host controller,

Because of the pin-to-pin compatibility to its predecessor M1573, M1575 is a
