Conclusion

Looks like Korean manufacturer LG has taken the slimming pills. The KG320, though not the slimmest phone in the market, it is only 9.9mm and has a small form factor that fits well into the pockets in terms of size and price. Although it doesn't look as sexy as the KG800, it has a similar feature set that makes it one of the phones that masses would go for as it comes with features like USB and Bluetooth which are still missing in similarly priced phones.

The 1.3mpixel CMOS camera takes average pictures. With only 128MB of memory on board, there is certainly a limitation of what you could do for both pictures + music. It would be good if there is external storage and the USB connectivity is good to have and bluetooth is there for easy transfer of files. Again, this phone lacks one of the most important feature, FM radio.

Overall, the phone is definitely a cost/performance phone that will appeal to most consumers as it is found to be bundled with operator package selling at less than its real value. If you are like me that prefers just a working phone which does not burn a hole in your pocket, this might be a phone considering the leather cover, extra battery thrown in the package. With more companies going for slimmer designs, will LG be able to make a under 6.9mm phone? I am looking forward to one with at least a 2mpixel camera.
