The board comes with 3 PCI, 1x PCIe x1, 2 x PCIex16 slots (electronically configurable to 2 by 8 or 1 by 16)..The yellow slot is the Future CPU port for future add on card to support the Socket AM2 processor. The can be done by shorting the jumper settings located next to the yellow slot.

The power on board is based on a 3 phase design. Behind the slots are I/O controller chip, audio codec and at the centre you will see the Realtek LAN PHY. On the left is the ALC 660 5.1 audio codec. To the centre, you can also see a red and orange SATA socket. That is use for pairing up with the SATA ports beneath for eSATA connectivity.

Further down to the left, you will see the 4 SATA II ports, 2 IDE channels supported by the ULi 1697 single chipset. The chipset near to the CPU Socket is the M1697 chipset. The chipset is mounted with a passive heatsink. The back panel consists of PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse, 1 COM port, 2 eSATA2 ports, 4 USB ports, 1 Fast Ethernet and 6ch audio ports.
