Benchmarks PCmark2005

PCmark2005 tests a number of important items in today's computing world. File Compression, Encryption, Decryption, Audio Conversion, Web Page Rendering, WMV Video Compression, DivX Video Compression, Physics Calculation and 3D, Graphics Memory etc.

Using the integrated chipset, we managed to get 5196, that is slower than the AMD RS600 board which scored 5608 marks. With an external 7900GT, we get a score of 7622. It seems a bit strange that the newer chipsets doesn't perform as fast as the older chipsets. This is apparent in the HDD performance.
