At 1600x1200 it scored 71.2fps. this score is approximately halved of the 8800GTS-320MX. The rest of the 8800 series reached almost 200fps in DOOM3.

When AA+AF combinations are applied, the frame rate dropped further. In fact at 16xQ AA+16xAF, the game scored 15.3fps which is hardly playable at this resolution with such AA/AF.

The ATi DX9 cards shows that it is not as weak as we thought based on the 3Dmark results. Considering the X1950Pro, without AA/AF it can reach 76.8fps which is better than the 8600GTS. When 6xAA/16xAF is applied, it can do 36.6fps. That is definitely a better frame rate compared to the 8600GTS for this particular game.
