The CPU Voltage can be upped to 1.600v. Make sure you have water cooling at this voltage. I don't normally go beyond 1.40v for my E6550.	You can also set the PLL voltage

DRAM voltage can be upped to 2.72V for DDR2	GTLREF voltage can be set to a ratio of VTT
