ECS Unveils the Small and Vibrant Atom-Powered 945GCT-D Motherboard

introduce a small and powerful motherboard, 945GCT-D, embedding an Intel® AtomTM

The 945GCT-D motherboard is based on 945GC/ ICH7 chipsets and has a 1.6 GHz
Intel® AtomTM 45nm processor directly mounted on the motherboard. The brand new
AtomTM processor packs more than 47 million transistors in a single silicon die
measuring less than 25mm2 and full compatibility with existing x86 solutions.
The low-power architecture of the processor is targeting at portable
battery-operated applications such as mobile internet devices (MID), low-cost
laptop PCs. With this ultra low-power processor, the 945GCT-D motherboard is
capable to keep the system quiet and stable even without any cooling fans.
To satisfy a wide range of home applications, the 945GCT-D motherboard is
derived from a Mini-DTX design which is not only a perfect match for home
