H.264 playback

Both AMD 780G and GeForce 8200 are able to decode H.264 and VC-1 Blu-Ray titles. We tested the title "League of the Extraordinary Men" and checked out how it performs.

It took ~ 36% on the average for the loopback of the main menu chapter. The same scene took only ~16% on the AMD 780G.

Here is a screen shot of it playing back the title. Driver used is Forceware 174.83
