Introduction
 
Today, NVIDIA launches
it's new GPU, the 9500GT. As you are already aware, the 9500GT is to replace the
entry level 8600GT card. The 9500GT spots a 65nm G96 GPU and supports a PCIe 2.0
interface. The previous generation 8600GT does not support PCIe 2.0.
Performing exceptional visual computing ability, the ECS
E9500GT runs with a 550MHz core memory clock and GDDR3 memory clock of 1600 MHZ,
it also has 32 Stream Processor and has 512MB GDDR3 memory. Shader clock runs at
1375MHz. The card supports PCI Express 2.0. 128 bit memory width.
This card supports Microsoft DirectX10 and ShaderModel 4.0 as well to deliver
superior levels of graphics realism and film-quality gaming effects. Using the
newest technologies as of NVIDIA® Lumenex™ Engine and NVIDIA® Quantum Effects™
Technology, ECS 9500GT is capable of Anti-aliasing Technology to high-quality
anti-aliasing at up to 16x sample rates obliterates jagged edges. In addition,
its 128-bit floating point High Dynamic-Range (HDR) Lighting function enables
twice the precision of prior generations for mimicking ultra realistic lighting
effects which heavily required for manifesting fascinating visual effects at
gaming.
The card also supports NVIDIA® PureVideo™ HD technology which playbacks
H.264、MPEG-2、WMV、WMV HD for high-definition video decode acceleration and
post-processing for better picture clarity and smooth video scaling for movies
and video.
The package comes with a component cable, 1 DVI-DSUB and 1 DVI-HDMI converter, CDROM
and user manual. No game is
bundled with the package. A audio cable is provided for hooking up your
onboard audio to be channelled to DVI->HDMI out
