Introduction
Last year, in Jan 2007, AMD/ATi has a successful launch of their integrated DX9
graphics core, the RS690. The chipset performed well and had a good head start
against it's competitor the NVIDIA MCP68 series. In fact, the AMD 690G
has created a miracle in 2007 as one of the most successful integrated chipsets
for the AM2 platform.
The Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2h is the next generation IGP board supporting AMD AM2+
Phenom/ AM2 Athlon64 series processors. With the integrated DX10 graphics core.
Based on the AMD 780G + SB700 First DX10 UMA chipset on AMD AM2+ platform. It
supports PCI-E 2.0 graphics interface with ATI Hybrid Graphics™ support. 6 SATA
3Gb/s & RAID 1, 0, 0+1, 12 USB ports.
For overclockers, there are options for you to adjust the multiplier, cpu clk,
ram timings, voltages and also the GPU CLK.
