SiSoft Sandra Processor Arithmetic benchmark

Before ACC is turned on , the processor gave a score of 26.16 GIPS and 25.50GFLOPS for both Dhrystone ALU and Whetstone iSSE3 benchmark.

With ACC turned on, the 4th core kicks in and it becomes 35.05 GIPS and25.38 GFLOPS for Dhrystone ALU and Whetstone iSSE3 benchmark respectively.

We can clearly see the performance improvement in the Dhrystone ALU from 26.26 to 35.05, that is a 33.4% increase in performance.

With ACC turned on

Looks like it is a steal if the BIOS bug is left unfixed ? Would AMD force all mainboard manufacturers to issue new BIOS to fix this problem ? Discuss it in the forum.
