ATi HD Radeon 3870 single and CrossFire results

iax-tech, an unheard website revealed their benchmarks of the highly anticipated Radeon HD 3870 numbers in comparison with a 8800GT graphics card.

The tests were done using a Intel Core 2 QUad QX9650 with 2GB of DDR3. The graphics card is clocked at 777MHz and had 512MB of Samsung GDDR4 chips clocked at 2,252MHz.

Scores looks impressive as a single card scored 12590 while in CrossFire, it broke the 20K mark.

2900XT was always ahead of G80 in 3DMark '06... This actually worries me in terms of RV670's overall performance...
