970 Extreme 4 POST Problems
 

Just got this board, and it's not POSTing at all.

I get error code 99.

Everything in the build aside from the MOBO used to work with a Gigabyte GA790FXT.

I've gotten everything down to CPU (AMD Phenom II x4 945), GPU, and RAM (2x2gb Mushkin Enhanced Blackline).

I've tried two different GPUs (one AMD, one NVidia)in each of the three slots.

I've tried different sticks of ram in each slot (1 stick in first white slot, 2 sticks in both white, 1 stick by itself in each slot alone).

The board itself is sitting on the antistatic bag it came in.

Anyone have any other ideas?
