New products from ABIT

ABIT is going to launch two new 'all-in-one' class CNR cards by the end of March.
The first one, called AC010, is 'two-in-one' 56K modem + 5.1 audio card with CNR interface. It is based on Motorola SM56 AC-L chip (for modem) and Analog Devices AD1885 (for 5.1 sound).

台湾的升技公司发布了两款CNR all-in-one整合产品。名称分别为AC010与AC-11

AC010是块2合一整合卡，板栽了一块Motorola SM56AC-L的MODEM芯片以及Analog公司的AD1885（可支持5.1声道）
AC-11则比AC010拥有更多的功能，是一块3合一卡，整合了Conexant 11246, 20463-11芯片的56K MODEM、同样为AD1885芯片的5.1标准的声卡，以及Intel 82562EH主芯片的HomePNA。



The second is even more advanced 'three-in-one' 56K modem + HomePNA + 5.1 sound card, named AC-11. This CNR card is based on the following chipsets: Conexant 11246, 20463-11 (for modem), Intel 82562EH (for HomePNA) and Analog Devices AD1885 (for 5.1.sound)


Both cards look like good value solutions.

Why isn't there a single CNR solution for LAN? I don't need the extra modem and sound, so I wouldn't be willing to pay for it. Also, do the separate devices require multiple IRQs?
