ECS RX780M-A AMD RX780 board appears on OCWorkbench

With the pending release of the Phenom series of processors, we have seen more interest in compatible boards that will support this upcoming processor. Although we have heard that the current AM2 boards will support the new processor, it might be hampered by its Hypertransport link.


To take full advantage of the speed, a board support the new HT3 is recommended. ECS sees this an opportunity to revive the glory of old K7S5A with its latest board the ECS RX780M-A based on the new chipset AMD RX780 + SB600.
