Chw.net sends in two slides about the 790GX chipset. From the charts, we see that the AMD 790GX will be 33% faster than the 780G. In addition, with sideport enabled, it can boost the IGP by aorund 10% more.

The 790GX will also support both CrossFire X and Hybrid CrossFire. In addition, it supports 1080 and high quality video processing.

sometime i wonder, why cant they just die shrink a previous generation mid-high end gpu on to their mobo as igp and they can garantee a 100% win on igp/chipset market

example add 3850 as igp...if they do that, heck i dont care if the amd cpu is slower than intel, at least i got a very good video card, not a 3 generation old mid-low end card and now put into igp...geeze
