ASROck has first AMD 780G+SB710 board that unlocks the 4th core from AM3 X3 710 processor. The board's model name is ASRock . With P1.10 BIOS, we can just set the AOD ACC open to Auto in BIOS. After a system reboot, the 4th core appears.

Below is proof that the trick works. We were also able to o/c the processor to 3.1GHz using ASRock OC Tuner by raising to 1.45v for the processor, the rest remains unchanged.



So far, this seems to be the first board which pairs up the AMD 780G North Bridge with the new AMD SB710 South bridge. Basically, the AOD ACC option is supported within the south bridge. As SB710 is basically a castrated SB750 without RAID 5 feature, the AOD ACC will work as per normal, thus allowing us to enable the 4th core with ease.
