B85M Pro4 - beep error code unknown
Hello,
I'm back from 2 weeks holidays, when I start my PC, there are 3 shorts, pause then again 3 shorts beeps continuously. I didn't find anything about this error code.
This is the B85 Pro4, not B85M Pro4!
I have removed all devices (graphic card Sapphire R290X Triple X, 2 SSD, 2 hard drives, DVD), now only RAM and CPU are connected, but still have the issue. The screen is connected to the on board graphic card, but it stays black.
CMOS reset is done.
I suppose the MoBo is dead.
Do you have any info about this beep error?
Regards

Did you try re-seating the ram or running with only 1 stick?
My guess it a power supply issue and not the MB.

yep, but no success.
The power supply is a good idea, unfortunately I have 2 other PS, but without ATX 8 pin 12 V connector. It looks like this MoBo needs this connector to boot, because without nothing happen.

Yes without the extra 12V rail it will not boot.
3 short beeps on some boards indicates no ram. Have you tried reseating it?

I have the exact same Problem and find no solution.
I tested already new RAM and new PSU.
@nebukadnezar: how did you fix it?
