woughh...that looks promising!!
i was a little skeptical because the Iwill K7S3-N is available in germany already (115€). one user of a german forum got one and is pretty disappointed by its performace. he didn´t get it stable over 190 mhz with slowest timings although he´s got good ram that performed well on its NF7-S. therefore he wants to rma.
yeah...but this review looks really promising.

The author is reporting different sandra memory scores when using AXP3000+ and AXP3200+. I noticed it before with the sis746fx (K7S8X) and reported at the Asrock forum.
IMO it depends on the CPU multiplier. CPU's with halfs multipliers (x9.5, x10.5, x11.5) are scoring better than with full ones (x9, x10, x11).
