Default Which Fibre plan is best value for money?

I'm currently on SingTel MioTV plan which I intend to terminate upon contract expiry and try out other competitors.

Supposing I don't intend to watch TV channels, and only want a good reliable and value for money fibre connection, which ISP and plan should I go for?

How are MyRepublic and ViewQwest compared to the traditional Singtel, Starhub and M1?
