Terms and Conditions
StarHub TV General Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion is only applicable to new and existing StarHub TV customers without any promotional contract and homes connected to StarHub’s cable network with 2-way interactivity signal. HD channels can only be viewed with subscription of the HD Interactive set-top box or HubStation HD DVR set-top box.

COMEX Special

1. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 @ $299 Promotion: While stock lasts. Valid with a minimum 12-month contract on StarHub TV. Device does not come with a 3G SIM card. Not applicable with other premium offers unless otherwise stated by StarHub.
2. FREE 12-months FOX Movies Pack: Limited to $17.12/month and will be credited to the customer’s account monthly for 12 continuous months. Normal billing resumes thereafter.
3. Free 12 months Basic HD Upsize: Basic HD Upsize channels will have to correspond with the Basic Groups and channels selected in subscription package and is valid for 12 months from date of subscription. Normal billing resumes thereafter.
4. $30 Video-On-Demand (VOD) Access: Applicable to new or existing customers upon sign-up of minimum 12-month StarHub TV or Home Hubbing Pack contract. The VOD Access is valid for 3 months from the date it is credited into customer’s account and can be used to purchase any title from the StarHub TV VOD platform. Not applicable to VOD on Internet TV platform and not transferable nor exchangeable for cash or benefit-in-kind. Customers must have HubStation/HubStation HD/HD Interactive Set-top Box to access VOD.

StarHub TV Supersize Pack

1. Applicable to NEW StarHub TV customers and not applicable to customers who terminate their StarHub TV service under the same address in the last 30 days of termination.
2. Promotion Early Termination Charge of $321 will be imposed for customers who terminate their service within the 12 month contract period.
3. Free 6 months Basic Upsize Groups will have to correspond with the Basic Groups and channels selected in subscription package. Normal billing resumes thereafter unless otherwise advised by customers.

StarHub TV Add-On Packs

1. Promotion is applicable to new and existing StarHub TV customers who are not on promotional contract.
2. Subscription to a minimum of 3 Basic Groups and the 3 Add-On Channels/Groups prefixed in the Add-On Packs at point-of-sale is required.
3. The respective discounts on the 3 Add-On Channels/Groups is valid for first 12 months from date of subscription. Prevailing rates apply thereafter.
4. Minimum contract of 12 continuous months to StarHub TV is required, otherwise a promotion tiered Early Termination Charge of $107 applies.
5. Promotion is not applicable with other StarHub TV promotions unless specified by StarHub.
