I am working on this project:
Anybody interested? The looks are based on a Windows utility, but that could change.

Well....
I'd be interested in seeing someone post some bench results after using such a utility, but only because I've seen little difference in performance when changing memory timings on A64 platform. Hopefully, my opinion here won't stop you from creating such a utility. I'd be proud to be the one proven wrong... ;)
