Easy Q
Samsung camcorders introduce Easy-Q Technology which enhances the user-friendly experience. Easy-Q guarantees uniformly excellent shots for the user under any conditions. With a touch of a button, Samsung camcorders set everything for the user.
EZ Navigator
The EZ navigator feature allows users quick and easy access to most commonly used functions by rotating the conveniently positioned thumbwheel. Samsung has added this feature, to provide flexibility between automated and manual camcorders. The main key functions include Image Stabilizer, Manual and Auto Focus, Remote Control and shutter exposure. With the EZ navigator, Samsung caters to both amateur and professional users.

Slow Shutter/Night Capture/Power Night Capture
To ensure sharp and visible pictures in dark conditions, Samsung’s slow shutter feature allows users to capture brighter colour images. The Slow Shutter feature improves the picture quality in darkness mode. Samsung's new camcorders have three step Slow Shutter modes, 1/8 sec, 1/15 sec, and 1/30 sec.
Samsung’s added feature Night Capture allows users to capture footage at close distance, even under conditions of total darkness, up to a level of '0' Lux, from the infrared rays that are emitted from Samsung’s camcorder. For optimal night capture and superbly high quality night video, Samsung’s Power Night Capture, uses Slow Shutter and Night Capture simultaneously.
MPEG4 Video-Clip Recording
For the avid home filmmaker, Samsung ‘s MPEG4 video clip recording allows users to capture short movie-clips through a connected computer. Clips stored in a memory stick in MPEG4 format can then be forwarded to family and friends via email.
USB Streaming
Samsung’s camcorders are equipped with USB streaming that allows the flexibility of exporting video and images to different technology platforms such as the Memory stick, a computer or a VHS tape. Samsung’s camcorders provide users with a variety of platforms to transfer their video and images, according to each individual’s preferences.
Photo Mode
Samsung’s camcorders come with a built-in camera function which allows users to take digital snapshots and store them on a Memory Stick, and later transferring the images to their PC.
Mega Pixel Zoom Lens
Samsung’s Mega Pixel Zoom Lens (12x / 800x) allows users to capture a distant object with ease and in sharp detail. With the reliably smooth focus ring, the user can also adjust the quality of the image.
Image Stabilizer
For superbly clear and sharp pictures, Samsung camcorders are equipped with the Image Stabiliser function, which compensates for the slightest shaky movement caused by any unstable position, rewarding users with jitter-free images.
Playback Zoom
With the Samsung camcorder’s playback zoom feature, users can conveniently view an enlarged, specific area when playing the captured video. In addition, the Playback Zoom also let users choose the ratio of zooming (Up to 8X).
Multi Display
Utilising the Multi-Display feature, Samsung’s camcorders allow users to conveniently view 6 still pictures on a screen at the same time without the hassle of scrolling and searching.
DSE (Digital Special Effect)
The DSE function allows users to add a touch of professional and artistic feel to their creations, providing them with room for creativity and flexibility. With the cinema effect, users can produce films that can match their counterparts on the big screen, in terms of quality.
800K Pixels CCD
With an 800,000 Pixels CCD, Samsung’s camcorders deliver high resolution video images with excellent colour resolution and high definition detail. With superior image resolution, Samsung’s camcorder surpasses the conventional camcorder with its high performance computer interface.
Back Light Compensation
Samsung’s camcorders offer clear pictures and video, with the backlight compensation which eliminates the effect of an overexposed background.
IEEE1394 and Analog Input
For the technology savvy, Samsung’s IEEE1394 function allows images to be transferred to a computer to be re-edited for both image and sound.
Snap Shot
With the snap shot feature, Samsung camcorders can record still images for up to 6 seconds on videotape. Images captured can then be transferred to a connected computer at the touch of a button.
