abit is10 motherboard

i burnt out my motherboard and i am thinking about buying the abit is-10 board, this is what i will be useing on it from my other motherboard, P4 2.4 gig with hyper threading, 1 gig 333 ddr memory, i can get this board new for 88.oo.

i wanted to go with asus but couldnt find one that supported ht in my price range, only have about 100.00 to spend without the ol lady slapping me upside the head.

what do you guys think about this abit board or should i keep looking.
