hi,
I'd like to know if abit nf7-s has some function like powernow (as change fbs or vcore from windows)..

Powernow is a technology supported by the processor as opposed to any specific board. An L5 modded AXP or genuine XP-M will have this functionality on most Via and SiS based Socket A boards. Unfortunately not too much luck with nForce2s though... I can't think of any nF2 boards with reliable P-State transition, in fact. Work is going on to work out the appropriate NorthBridge registers for support bus as far as I know, they haven't got anywhere yet...

For FSB change, you can always use nVidia system utility [also voltage with appropriate BIOS] (http://www.nvidia.com/object/sysutility_1.08.5.html) or Clockgen (http://www.cpuid.com/clockgen.php) though...

You can try 8rdavcore, works fine with NF7-S
