Yes it's the same sound as if you where holding down serveral keys, but it does also happen when i'm only playing quake3. And no stikykeys either.

My 3.3V line is down at 2.27V, but i dont have any other powerfull enough to fulfill the power requirements of my system. I will try to get another video card (nvidia) and see if that works out.

The games aren't exactly laggin but they doesn't run as they are supposed to. E.g. 3dmark01 runs below 100fps in the first test (car low), i think i should be running 200+ at least :( - I'm using catalyst 4.7 right now.

I thought i was having a IRQ conflict and that could have caused the problems, but after serveral reinstallations of windows i now have no devices sharing IRQ adress, so that can't be the problem.

Right now I don't have any ideas of how to make my system run smooth, or even run within games I just wished i have never change my old tbred2400 for this :(

LOL, that was a typo ment 3.27 :D

Well anyway my experiences with VNF3 is currently on standby bougt a MSI K8N Neo, which now runs without any real ploblems, only a small issue that i can't get my ram running 200MHz just because they are rated PC3000 DOH :(

Later on, after a couple of bios fixes i may try my VNF3 again, since it's a great board for OC

This is with my new MSI K8N board, not the chaintech. I'm sending the VNF3-250 board back for RMA on monday hopefully getting back someone which works.

If you are able to run the BH-5 at 220 2-6-2-2 on the Chaintech and only at 166 on the MSI, why are you RMAing the Chaintech??

Sorry, this isn't making any sense to me...

Because of all the other problems with the chaintech board. As described before the keyboard freeze whenever I enter a 3dgame and the 3d preformance is very poor in general.
