Amazing to see so many solid pomyler Os-con caps on such nicely priced board. Given my history with blown out caps on JetWay boards (after recap they working beautifully again) I see that as HUGE step forward
Also no leftouts (eg. designed caps, but later pulled out by marketing suxxkas for price reasons) visible. For example my KT6V from MSI has space for
19 pcs of 1000uF 6.3V caps,
yet only 9 are used...
(if these are Os-cons anyway, I overheard that very similar Taiwan ones might be used instead... The rest caps that looking like polymers (but having thre "K" vents as Rubycons-wanna-be) aren't polymers, they are Sacon caps that have sadly mixed results in reliability - sort of like Teapo caps...)
I wonder how the Taiwanese made these Vcore imput filter caps, as to my knowledle I never saw (not even in datasheets) a about 1000uF 12V polymer...
Oh, well, they are only 330uF ones, oops. That is why it maybe require 5 phases...
Also I welcome the 8-pin 12V Vcore powering connector - I'm a bit sad that my Sapphire Grouper did not have it as well...
Seeing the 5 phase CPU WRM my heart start beat faster
The 3D performance is steady good as well... It should be nice mobo, if it keep the overclock stable
