I'd like to take a moment to thank eVGA and their Japanese distributor, ASI Utobia for their assitance in getting my eVGA 680i SLI mobo RMA'ed for the A1 version (i.e. Quad-core performance fix).

I was busy on business trips, and needed an extension on the RMA deadline to ship the motherboard for replacement. In particular, Jonathan Garay (eVGA) & Carol Liang (ASI Utobia) were very patient and helpful.

Kudos to eVGA and ASI Utobia!
