Poll: What do you use with linux?
i'm interested in seeing how many of our users use linux, and the frequency - is it your main OS?

I'd say my home computer usage is something like this:
Mac OS 10.4 - 75% (Web, mail, graphic design, music, other work)
Windows Server 2k3 -15% (Gaming)
Gentoo 2005.1 - 10% (Development)

Hi,
well, the only windows I ever owned was win95b. And when in 99 I got no driver updates for my tv-card and the system was bloody unstable, I just used the space for good and had no win-install since then.
(and do not tell me, how Windows improved. My sisters had 98 and ME versions, not very stable too, and friends of mine 2000 and XP and I see still no reason to get back to virus and spyware madness.. and I do not want to pay €€€ for premature software...)

Yep huge plus points! I'm slowly getting use to the way it works, partly due to lack of leg work on my part, few more months and i'd probably use my Mandriva install full time if it wasn't for a few minor niggles (does that ever change?!)

Hi,
sadly ALSA 1.09a is out for some time now and brings a lot new features (well one feature: dmix by default, so no sounddaemon needed ever again).
