Looks basically the same as K7S8X-E. Only diffrence I see is that it's for the 64 and 2 more usb ports that are really worthless. There's not alot of components that work with usb 2.0 that I have found. I tried 5 digital camaras on my K7S8XE and none worked right. So I give up on 2.0 and going to buy old usb card to run them and disable the onboard usb.
