Starhub Maxonline users gets an upload speed boost

For Singapore users on Starhub ISP, you would have noticed a speed boost for the upload speed of your respective plans (except Surflite which remains at 256kbps).

The most noticeable is the Express plan which runs a downlink of 8mbps and uplink of 384kbps. THe upload speed has been increased to almost 700kbps.

Strange , if you look at the 2nd and 3rd screen shot you posted. Why is it that the download speed is reduced to 88921 and upload 3358

and subsequently it changes to 119482 and 1892 ?

Wasn't your plan 100mbps/2mbps initially?
