I need the API for PCMCIA, Does anyone knows where can get it freely ?

I had initially post a question on writing of device drivers. Someone replied with some indormation, but that info is for 16 bits PC CARD.
What I am writing is for CardBus(32 bits ).

Now I am looking for the PACCIA APIs.
Can someone also give me some pointers in writing device driver for PCMCIA Cards ?
