GIGABYTE UP4 TH problem

Hello guys! I'm having problem now with my board I really don't know if it's the DIMM slot or my mems.Everytime I shutdown my PC it's very hard to boot again.I need to clear the CMOS, reseat the rams unplugged the power cable to work it again but that's not 100% sure that it would boot..Today, I was able to boot my PC using an old kingston memory.Last day I also tried to do a memtest for my 16gb crucial ballistix tracer and passed it.So, I'm very confused now what's wrong with my PC :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated because every morning my Dad ask me to fix the PC for him to play and it bothers me a lot because I'm still to sleeping by that time -_-

Yeah, and then they give away it

I was able to boot now using the Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracers but for sure when I shut it down again my PC it will very hard again to boot -_-
