Default Which mainboard for AM3+ Opteron 3380 / small business server?

I will be building a server machine for Windows 2011 SBS. A few questions:

- support for ECC RAM. Since AM3+ is rather a consumer platform i guess i'm out of luck, am i? Which Asrock mainboard would support ECC? Though from what i learned so far ECC is more of a nice-to-have than a must-have for a small companys (>10 users) server.

- i would like to use a LSI x8 PCIe 2.0 RAID-controller with 3 WD VelociRaptor HDDs. Is the 2nd x16 PCIe slot capable of handling it (the 1st one will be populated by a graphic card)? The mainboard manuals suspiciously only mention graphic cards as the only devices.

- i will be needing a mainboard IRQ list. We'll be using an old PCI ISDN-card.

What's your general suggestion for a AM3+ mainboard for server use? I have my eye on the 990FX Extreme3. I want to say money is no priority, but you do understand from my choice of a AM3+ Opteron i a reluctant to spend EUR +300,- on a C32/G34 server mainboard.

Xeon e5-1650v2 and Asrock x79 extreme6 might be an option.

Thank you Tweakurr but it's positively going to be an AMD. Better bang for the buck.
