Got an OCZ cpu cooler and basically temp is great at 40-52 degC. The latter being under load while running OCCT. attempted to overclock to 250x14=3500MHz at cpu core 1.425V is working but not substainable with random shutdown.

Overclock the Athlon II x4 630 CPU to 3.36MHz (240x14) @1.4V has no adverse effect. Temp remains at 40-52 degC for normal and full load.

The catch is to get a good PSU, a good CPU fan to replace the stock fan and FSP 400 80+ Gold are essential.
