If things fall together this afternoon, I will have that A8N-SLI in my cold, trembling hands....

And a Merry Christams to all, and be popping back in the first week of january 2005, am off on a long overdue vacation.

Asus A7V880
AthlonXP 2600+ Mobile
ATI 9600XT All In Wonder

I'm a refugee from the ECS section of this board where I am still a K7S5A owner. My daughter needed an upgrade to her old PC and I was too cheap to get her new RAM. So my old dependable K7S5A with its PC100 SDRAM sockets was given to her along with a bunch of parts I upgraded from over the years. The A7V880 was the upgrade for me and is running well with only a 133 MHz FSB. I wish I could get the CPU core voltage lower. A shame to be wasting the power when the chip doesn't need.

I've got an A7V600-X...but not in use...got he AN7 for the higher voltages :D needed 2.8v on the RAM at the least and the old board was only giving 2.5v...plus its trouble with FSB made me go Abit...so its in the orginal box just sitin' there
