Asus p4T533 versus Gigabyte's GA 8IHXP?

Besides the 850e rundown at TomsHardware, has anyone seen a comparison of these two boards? The gigabyte seems to take the cake, but the asus runs at 32 bit AND can use 4200 while the gigabyte goes up to 1066.... And damnit, I wish they were both 8x agp :D
Ill be using a p4 2.5 and a Radeon 9700p.

I have P4T533 w/1.8A @ 2.4 and love the board. I would check for compatibility of 9700 though. GooD LucK!
