Which Awd Flasher version for 7NJL6

Chaintech has the bios in the form of the .bin file, rather than the more common .exe containing both the flasher and the new bios. No info on their site about flashers, and none there to download.

The existing bios is Award V6, and I tried flashing with the Award 8.22a flasher. I got an error code telling me the bios was not an Award bios. I was able to save the existing bios, but no luck flashing the new one.

I'll email Chaintech but I was hoping for a quicker answer. From the look of their site, my hopes for a quick or accurate answer are not high.

you could try downloading the file again. it may have gotten corrupted. as far as i know the 8.22 should work.

what results are you after with the new bios?

I always flash a board to the latest bios before I build. In this case the latest bios adds Sempron support. Don't know about other items added because Chaintech has next to no info on the bios updates, so I don't know what was added in updates previous to the latest.
