Lost Planet DX10 video demo

Is it me or the framerate in the video seems awfully slow? Apparently "Lost Planet" is a really demanding game and I can't really see much differences between the DirectX9 and DirectX versions to be able to explain why such big performance hit.

till dx10 present something incredible and with mid price i will stick with dx9 .

Well, that is funny. I hate such foggy games, where nothing can be seen - after all :) This is just laughable. They want us to upgrade to DX10? They better come up with something VERY different. I love the big nice places on tropic islands like in FarCry!
This one is not my favorite and frankly I did not see anything at all that is different from DX9. Could be that the video is compressed too much, true, but I still hate foggy games...
