I am using Sandra XI Lite (11.17), not b. I just noticed the errata about memory corruption that was fixed in 11.17b. Even so, there is a noticeable difference between 200MHz and 400MHz outside of Sandra, notably Memtest86+.
I will retest and update the results.

The updated results are up. Memory bandwidth results have dropped, probably due to the fixed bug. There is still a significant difference between the 200MHz and the 400MHz RAM speed settings.

For those of you that got your P4M800Pro-M systems to work. Can you please provide a picture of your "Panel 1" case wire connections? I just bought this new and I can't get it to turn on!

Check the manual for the correct settings.
Generally, it looks like this from top to bottom, left to right.
power LED, power switch, no pin
HD LED, reset switch, leftover pin
Let the text on the wire connectors face the bottom of the case.

Thanks hamstrings! If someone turned the computer on with the jumper on the CLEAR_CMOS setting, then immediately turned the computer off from the power supply switch, would this prevent the computer from turning on in the future?

It is not that bad. Simply putting the CMOS jumper back to the normal setting will allow you to boot. In the worst case scenario, the lithium battery will be depleted and will need to be replaced.

Finally got it to work. It needs a 24pin ATX power cable and the extra 4 pin auxiliary P4 power connector. Now, it keeps freezing during windows XP Install :( . Did you all disable any power management features in bios?
Here are the errors I'm getting:
Blue screen: some problem with this file --> mdwmdmsp.dll
Fatal Error
c:\windows\setuperr.log
"The signature for WindowsXP Professional Upgrade is invalid. The error code is 6ba. The RPC server is unavailable"
