How do you unlock cores and overclock on K10n78 FullHD-hSLI R3.0?

Hello,

Please can someone advise me on this as I have searched far and wide and cannot find anything.

My motherboard is a K10n78 FullHD-hSLI R3.0 and I have just bought an AMD Phenom 2 X2 3.3GHz dual core black edition.


This CPU has an extra 2 cores that can be unlocked and I want to do this as well as overclocking it to around 4.1GHz - 4.3GHz. I have just updated my BIOS to 2.30 but I cannot see any options for unlocking cores.
