The values are the MB/S$. Higher the better.

Starhub and Singtel are very smart. They bundled 1.5Mbps mobile BB and sell together with Home BB thereby push their sales higher. There is no standalone plan for Fibre Optics. Therefore, if you are looking for:

1) Low (1-9Mbps): M1 8Mbps (ADSL)
2) Mid (10-49Mbps): M1 25Mbps Fibre
3) High (>50Mbps): M1 100Mbps Fibre (no reason to get >100Mbps as Residential Gateway is max @100Mbps)

If you are looking for bundle, check out Singtel and Starhub.
