You rarely get more than an automated message back from the abuse email. Out of 100 (Nimda/CodeRed/Slapper probes) SQL worm probes and (Netbus/SubSeven and proxy port probes)complaints I send in, I get maybe 4 human responses saying things like "We identified the person, and notified them that they were infected, and are helping them clean their system. Please contact us again if this problem happens again."

Using this ip address you can't trace physical address of that person.Most of the ip lookup tools provides only ISP details.If you need further details of this ip address contact ISP and get who owns that ip.You can get ISP details through ip lookup tool like ip-details.com Here you can get accurate results.
