NVIDIA nForce 750a runs HOT

It is not the first day we noticed that NVIDIA chipset runs HOT. Could this be due to the density of circuits or is it something else ?

We took a measurement of the nForce 750a chipset at IDLE. To our surprise, it measures 71 deg celsius. Here is a screen shot
